| Direct Care Professional |

Provide residential treatment care for emotionally disturbed children and youth in long term and short term settings. Receive certified training in crisis intervention and social learning/milieu therapy, participate in multi-disciplinary treatment teams, and provide structured supervision of residential clients in accordance with treatment plans.
Requires High School diploma with 2 years residential / direct care experience, OR AA degree and 1 year relevant experience, OR BA/BS degree in relevant field with experience caring for emotionally disturbed youth. (Relevant fields include psychology, social work, human services, criminal justice, education, and medical disciplines). Crisis intervention skills, excellent documentation, communication, and team work skills. |
Direct Care Aide

Provide residential treatment care for emotionally disturbed children and youth. Same training as Direct Care Professional. Will be on-call to fill short term assignments according to pre-arranged availability. Requires High School diploma and minimum of one year of direct care experience. |

Licensed Social Worker (LGSW or LCSW) to provide counseling and support services to foster care parents and emotionally disturbed children.
Requires Masters Degree in Social Work, LGSW or LCSW license, access to personal transportation, and demonstrated excellence in customer service, communication, and team-work. Prior counseling experience in treatment foster care setting strongly preferred. |

Provide classroom instruction in our MSDE accredited Level V school for emotionally disturbed adolescent males. Requires BA or BS degree, teaching experience (preferably with emotionally disturbed or special needs children), and eligibility for MSDE certification. |
