Health Plans
- Health Plan Eligibility: 1st of the month following 90 days of employment

Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment

- $10,000 or $15,000 based annual salary

- $10,000 for each spouse

Short-Term Disability
- 7-day Waiting Period

Vacation
- Full-Time Employees
- Level 1 (up to 25 months): 3.7 hrs/pay = 12 days/year
- Level 2 (25 - 49 months): 5.54 hrs/pay = 18 days/year
- Level 3 (49+ months): 6.47 hrs/pay = 21 days/year
- Part-time employees: Accrue 2/3 of full time
