Health Plans
  • Health Plan Eligibility: 1st of the month following 90 days of employment
  • Medical Plans:
    • Company pays a substantial amount of premium towards your cost of Medical Plans
    • Includes prescription coverage and vision benefit
    • CareFirst Blue Choice Opt Out
    • CareFirst Blue Choice HMO Open Access
  • Dental Plans:
    • CareFirst Traditional Dental Plan
    • CareFirst Dental Network
Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment
  • Company Paid Basic Life Insurance
    • $10,000 or $15,000 based annual salary
  • Optional Life Insurance
    • Up to 5x annual salary (guarantee issue amount is $100,000; maximum is $300,000)
  • Dependent Life Insurance
    • $10,000 for each spouse
    • $2,000 for each dependent
Short-Term Disability
  • 7-day Waiting Period
  • 13 weeks benefit period
  • 60% of salary per week (may benefit $500)
Vacation
  • Full-Time Employees
    • Level 1 (up to 25 months): 3.7 hrs/pay = 12 days/year
    • Level 2 (25 - 49 months): 5.54 hrs/pay = 18 days/year
    • Level 3 (49+ months): 6.47 hrs/pay = 21 days/year
    • Part-time employees: Accrue 2/3 of full time
Sick Leave
  • Full-Time Employees
    • 3.7 hours/pay regardless of service = 12 days/year
  • Part-Time Employees
    • Accrue 2.7 hours/pay
Personal Days
  • 3 personal days (Full-Time Employees only)
Paid Holidays
  • New Years, Martin L. King, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Day after, Christmas Day
